Strong ability to communicate objectives, priorities, timelines, and delivery status to stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. Experience ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and quality requirements. Ability to provide end-to-end visibility into project health through effective reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications. Track record of delivering solutions that meet client and business expectations for functionality, quality, schedule, and cost. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business, technology, and operational teams. Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, governance reviews, and synchronization points to drive alignment and execution. Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile and/or Waterfall delivery frameworks. Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across multiple teams and organizations.10 + years of Technical Project Management o Good understanding of Design Patterns and design thinking. Able to apply while developing technical solutions Works well under pressure. Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results under aggressive deadlines. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with Microservices and related technologies Familiarity with SOAP and REST Web Services and related technologies (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, XML Technologies). Experience with projects utilizing AI assisted software development Qualifications BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable). Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities. Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users. Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory. Ability to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.
