Join our team as a Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining a professional environment where employees, visitors, and customers can thrive.Job Type: Part Time OpportunitiesWork Location: 499 Colonel Eileen Collins BLVD, Syracuse, NY 13212C&S Mid - Syracuse: Part timeHours: Mon-Fri, 12:00-4:00pmWages: $16.50/hourHours per week: 20 hoursEssential Duties and Responsibilities:In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping facilities looking their best through cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, waste removal, and general building upkeep. Every day brings a variety of tasks that help ensure our workspaces remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Depending on your shift, you may also assist with facility inspections, inventory management, special projects, and communication with team members to ensure exceptional service throughout the building.We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in a job well done, work independently, and value teamwork. Language Skills: Ability to read and follow safety guidelines, instructions, and material safety data sheets. Ability to write simple reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing and walking, frequent use of hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.Work Environment: Work takes place outdoors and in various conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, and fumes, which may sometimes be uncomfortable.Mozaic is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
