Aluminum Welder – Fabrication Department (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Position Overview

As an Aluminum Welder, you'll perform high-quality welds, interpret fabrication drawings, and contribute to a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum components with precision and consistency
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Reliable, team-oriented work ethic
