Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Recent Meditech experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with arterial lines, venous and arterial sheaths, vasopressor drips, and ventilated patients
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed ICU
• Monitor and manage complex hemodynamic and respiratory needs
• Support patients requiring invasive lines, transfusion protocols, and advanced critical care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, effective patient care
• Document patient care accurately in the facility EMR
• Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and escalate concerns as needed
• Contribute to a flexible, efficient unit culture focused on quality critical care
