Lead / Nursery

Position Summary The Nursery Area Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nursery and garden center area, ensuring excellent customer service, healthy plant care, and efficient merchandising. This role serves as a working leader, supporting and guiding team members while maintaining high standards for product quality, safety, and presentation.
