Technical Sales Support Specialist

About the Role CORYS is a global leader in high-fidelity process simulation for nuclear, oil & gas, chemical, and utilities industries. We’re looking for a high-energy Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our Houston office — someone who loves winning deals and crafting compelling stories from complex technology. This hybrid role is split equally between driving the sales cycle and producing marketing content that puts CORYS on the map across the Gulf Coast. Job Expectations Sales Support – 50% Drive RFP responses, technical proposals, and client presentations for hydrocarbon and process industries simulation projects. Represent CORYS at client sites and Gulf Coast trade shows: demonstrate, present, and capture leads. Marketing & Content Development – 50% Produce high-impact technical content: case studies, product sheets, white papers, and application notes. Fuel CORYS’s digital presence through website copy, email campaigns, and industry-focused social media. Research competitors, track campaign KPIs, and translate data-driven insights into a sharper go-to-market strategy. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years in technical sales, BD, or technical marketing — B2B industrial or engineering services preferred. Skills Self-Motivated to win: closing a deal, landing a new account, or seeing a campaign you built drive real results. Able to translate simulation and engineering concepts into compelling customer-facing language. Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms. Sharp communicator — written and verbal — with a competitive, results-driven mindset and collaborative work style.
