Beacon Specialized Living in Kansas City is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance the lives of individuals through behavioral services. The BCBA will coordinate treatment plans, respond to crises, and work with staff and clients to implement effective behavioral strategies. A Master’s degree in a related field and valid BCBA certification are required, with a strong emphasis on clinical experience and communication skills.
