MLT GeneralistThis position requires availability for night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.Job DescriptionThe MLT Generalist will run diagnostic tests in the laboratory, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic tests across various laboratory sections, including blood bank, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, chemistry, and limited microbiology.Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureAssociate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.MT/MLS certification from ASCP or AMT.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.Experience in blood bank, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, chemistry, and limited microbiology.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
