Keep reading.As a Sr. Process Engineer on our team, you will oversee the sale and execution phases of large projects with customers. This will include a variety of products, even potentially in new markets and applications. Your primary focus will be to sell our customized engineered solutions by coming alongside customers to develop solutions that maximizes value, as well as profitability.Are you excited about this work?Function as a mentee of area SMEs and other Process Engineers, continuing to develop skills and competence while selling & executing large projects within the targeted industriesPartner with Business Development and Regional Sales to implement strategies & tactical plans to drive growth in the target marketsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with industry customers to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and expectationsPrepare accurate project estimates & quotes, ensuring accuracy in alignment with customer's budget and performance expectationsDevelop & deliver presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our services and solutionsCollaborate across the team to develop project concepts, providing strategic/technical guidance and design feedback, empowering the team to handle day to day items to achieve project goalsEnsure compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulations and best practices throughout each project phaseEngage as a collaborative and positive member of the Engineering team; applying open communication, creativity and continuous learningWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
