Location: 1 Corvette Dr, Litchfield, Illinois 62056 Team Member Join Jack's team as a Team Member. You'll play an essential role in providing guests with an outstanding experience by delivering quality food, friendly service, and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant. Key Duties / Responsibilities Model a "guest comes first" attitude; greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly, positive spirit; make them feel welcome. Maintain a clean and neat appearance; follow uniform and grooming standards. Deliver a memorable experience with a "can-do" attitude and care for guests. Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure the timeliness, quality and accuracy of all orders; convey a sense of urgency. Follow all Company operation policies and procedures. Interact effectively with diverse groups and avoid biases. Perform multiple job tasks as required, e.g., take out trash, clean restrooms. Qualifications Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.* Understand and communicate clearly in English. Stay standing/walking 85-95% of shift. Lift and carry 10-50 lbs. Listen/understand guest orders, operate cash register, read video monitors. Listen to various pitches of sound throughout shift with no issues. Wear a headset for taking orders during shift with no issues. Occasionally bend, twist at waist, kneel, reach with no issues. Employer participates in E-Verify. Benefits Shift meal allowance.
