The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off.

Entry-Level Service Advisor

What You'll Do Answer inbound service calls and emails. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries. Maintain customer and vehicle records in the CRM. Support the Service Manager, Advisors, and technicians with administrative tasks. Process service paperwork, invoices, and reports. Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring 6+ months of automotive dealership experience required; Automotive Service BDC experience preferred. CDK experience is a plus. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven follow-up and appointment-setting abilities. Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environmen.

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17 +) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
