Respiratory Therapist (RT)

As a Respiratory Therapist (RT) on our Weekend Shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our 24/7 skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and needs
Conduct assessments, set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, and administer medications as needed
Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and standards
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state of Wisconsin
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
