General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the team
Restaurant operations and financial experience -monitor service standards, labor, COGS, inventories, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, ordering
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
Enforce company policies and promote a positive culture
Evenings, Weekends and Holiday work required

General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years full wervice restaurant management with at least 3 years as a General Managerrestaurant.
Must be 21 or older
Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
Experience with $2M sales volume or higher
Have a passion for hospitality
Bilingual skills preferred
craft beer knowledge and experience preferred
