Senior Technical Product Manager - Data Governance Technology Platform Lead

About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI‑driven and agentic capabilities across enterprise data governance platforms. This role focuses on automation, intelligent workflows, and user‑centric experiences, enabling scalable governance, improved data usability, and reduced manual effort through AI. What You’ll Do Define and execute the roadmap for AI‑enabled governance and data governance platform capabilities. Identify and deliver high‑impact use cases, including automated onboarding; metadata enrichment and classification; workflow automation and policy enforcement; and data discovery and recommendations. Design agentic workflows that automate multi‑step governance processes and integrate across platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Glue. Define requirements for LLM‑powered features (search, recommendations, metadata interpretation) and RAG‑based knowledge and discovery experiences. Partner with engineering and platform teams to translate product needs into technical solutions. Define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, cost). Improve user experience and adoption through simplified workflows, embedded AI capabilities, and intuitive data discovery. Manage and scale a governance product delivery team. Partner with engineering, enterprise data office, business, and domain teams to deliver governance outcomes. Basic Qualifications 8–12+ years in product management, data governance platforms, or AI‑driven products. Experience building or scaling data governance platform products. Strong product management skills: roadmap definition, prioritization, stakeholder alignment. Experience working with AI/ML or LLM‑based systems and data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. Ability to define AI use cases and product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions. Preferred Experience Working with governance platforms and platform‑native AI / agentic capabilities (Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, Snowflake Horizon/Open Catalog). Experience with platform AI and agentic tooling (Databricks AI capabilities, Snowflake AI capabilities). Experience with Open Catalog/federated catalog approaches and API‑driven integration across platforms. Knowledge of data lineage, metadata, or quality frameworks; RAG architectures; agentic workflows or orchestration patterns. Experience in financial services or regulated environments. Nice to Have Experience building AI‑driven automation or workflow products. Exposure to data marketplace or data product models. Governance automation tools. Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for AI systems (accuracy, latency, cost, usability). Experience in MDM. Success Criteria Deliver AI‑powered features that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Enable scalable, automated governance workflows across data governance platforms. Build products that are intuitive, reliable, and production‑ready. Ask "why" before "how" and can zoom in and out between strategic and technical perspectives. Prioritize ruthlessly and measure success in terms of outcomes. Tell a compelling data story to leadership and exemplify AI’s potential to transform data governance. Operate as a strong partner across business and engineering. Work Location Must work from a U.S. Bank location three days per week or more.
