Maintain accurate inventory records for electronic components and related materials. Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjusting inventory as needed. Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to identify and correct issues. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Receiving, and Production teams to proactively address inventory concerns and shortages. Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential material risks that could impact production schedules. Support inventory process improvements aimed at increasing accuracy and efficiency. Generate and maintain inventory reports using Excel and internal inventory management systems.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
1+ years of inventory control experience.
Experience working with electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits (ICs), and connectors.
Understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and inventory transaction processes.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve them.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of inventory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and best practices.
Experience supporting production operations through kitting and material distribution.

This is an onsite role.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
