Position Summary:

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our patient experience—from greeting patients and managing the schedule to coordinating treatment plans and insurance. If you’re passionate about patient care and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to meet you!

⭐ Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing a productive calendar
Verifying insurance and coordinating benefits
• Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
• Answering phones and handling patient communication with confidence
• Maintaining an organized and efficient front office

✅ Qualifications:
• Dental front office experience strongly preferred (periodontal or specialty a plus)
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Dentrix and Dexis

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to travel between locations 

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Full-time, no weekends
