Experience Required: 8+ years Key Skills: Strong emphasis on manual testing for mobile and web applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of thorough test plans and cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our applications. Oversee manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring a robust product quality. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and provide valuable insights during the development process. Drive the continuous enhancement of QA processes and tools to elevate the quality and efficiency of our testing efforts. Take responsibility for identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, working closely with the development team for timely fixes. Implement regression testing to verify that existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes or updates. Conduct and mentor exploratory testing sessions to reveal potential improvements and user experience issues. Collaborate with automation engineers to design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for regression and performance assessments. Technical Requirements Strong grasp of QA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards. Deep knowledge of software testing principles, including test design, execution, and defect management. Proven experience with test management tools and version control systems. Demonstrated ability to create test plans, cases, and scripts from functional and technical specifications. Extensive experience in identifying and managing software defects using tracking systems. Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their unique testing challenges.
