JOIN OUR TEAM.IMMEDIATE HIRE!Requirements:Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to plan organize and implement policies and procedureEvidence of basic leadership skills and supervisionResponsibilities:Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.Perform administrative duties such as completing reports, evaluations, charting, IV therapy, discharge planning and accidents/incident reports as necessary. Collaborate with physician(s), resident's/patient's and family in planning resident's/patient's care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc. as necessary.Monitor nursing care to assure that all residents are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect. Sets priorities in meeting the needs of resident's.Make rounds of patients/residents to ensure needs are adequately met. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
