Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Insurance Agency We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and service requests Review and process daily account activity, including policy changes, claims notices, auto ID cards, MVR orders, and certificates Review policies for accuracy and prepare them for producer delivery or direct distribution to clients Prepare renewal summaries, mail renewal letters, and update renewal data in the agency management system Quote personal lines coverage with multiple insurance carriers Process evidence of insurance (EOIs) and related policy documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system Complete additional assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner Performance Expectations Complete all assigned tasks accurately and on schedule Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members Provide timely and accurate information to support producers and clients Process policy changes promptly and document all activity Ensure consistency and accuracy of client data within the agency management system Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency role Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Prior experience with an independent insurance agency Experience using Applied Systems agency management software preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High school diploma required; some college coursework or insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, CISR) a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems I look forward to having a conversation with you about your aspirations for a future career!
