Mid-Level HUMINT Policy Architect

Bluehawk LLC seeks a HUMINT Policy Analyst (Mid) to support strategic HUMINT policy development, review, and implementation within the DoD and Intelligence Community. The role bridges policy with operational experience, emphasizing governance and guidance alignment with ICDs and DoDIs. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HUMINT/OMT, strong policy development skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders while briefing senior leaders.
