About the Opportunity

VibrantCare Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join its team in Casa Grande, AZ. The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and facility staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Supervise and provide guidance to PT assistants and aides.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.

• Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and case management activities.

• Maintain compliance with state practice laws, Medicare requirements, OSHA standards, and company policies.

• Maintain required continuing education and current CPR certification.

• Support positive relationships with facilities and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent international education.

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and aides.

• $80,000 - $95,000 annual base salary
