Hospice Registered Nurse

North Shore Home Health Care

We are seeking an Experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients facing terminal illness. Key Responsibilities Include Applying nursing theories and concepts in patient care Documenting care to meet reimbursement guidelines Coordinating physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team Communicating effectively with patients, families, and agency personnel Participating in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and quality reviews Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure in the practice state Completion of an approved nursing program with at least two years of clinical experience; hospice experience preferred Knowledge of home health and hospice care frameworks, nursing practices, and reimbursement guidelines 12 hours of annual continuing education and CPR certification Willingness to travel and accept weekend, evening, and holiday call duties Additional Info Competitive sign-on bonus Background checks and drug-free workplace policy EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
