- Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
- Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
- Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
- Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial or Life, Health insurance or able to get one in 45 Days.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Work with a trusted and reputable Farmers Insurance Agency.
