Gastroenterology opportunity with a DNV accredited, 267-bed regional level II trauma center in the Upper Midwest. Join a well established and thriving practice with a large referral base. This is a patient-centered position in a collegial atmosphere and are focused on clinical excellence.
Practice details include:
- ERCP / EUS available
- Well established program with a large referral base.
- 2 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with immediate potential of quarterly bonuses.
- $75,000 signing bonus/residency/fellowship stipend.
- Up to $200,000 student loan repayment.
- Performance incentive of up to $82,500
- wRVU is $80 - bonus payouts can exceed $400,000 year plus salary
- Attractive benefits package including medical malpractice coverage, 401 K, pension, relocation allowance and more
- State of the art Endoscopy Center with 4 endoscopy suites and 1 dedicated ERCP suite that can be used as an additional endoscopy suite
- Mentoring environment
- Call ratio of 1:5 and very manageable
- Clinic and endoscopy schedules are flexible and tailored to the individual gastroenterologist, providing an excellent work/life balance
- Admissions are managed by 24/7 Internal Medicine Hospitalists
- Advanced procedures currently provided by employed, fellowship-training GI
- Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
