Shipping & Receiving Specialist

We're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations in a manufacturing and laboratory environment. This position is responsible for domestic and international shipments, inventory accuracy, material handling, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
Prepare customs and export documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and organize materials
Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with SDS guidelines
Coordinate deliveries and support operations teams
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Follow OSHA, SOP, and ISO quality requirements

What We're Looking For

2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
Experience with domestic and international shipping required
Proficiency with FedEx Ship Manager and shipping documentation
Knowledge of customs and export requirements
Forklift certification and operating experience
Experience handling hazardous materials and SDS documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or GED

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
