Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM, 4 × 10-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 1-2 years required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required Must-Have: Cardiac monitor experience and knowledge of cardiac patients Description: Provide care for patients pre- and post-cardiac procedures. Candidates must have experience with cardiac monitoring. Knowledge of cardiac patient management is essential. ACLS certification is required. Floating to areas of need is a requirement. Candidates may be asked to float pre-shift or mid-shift. Flexing or downstaffing for 4-hour increments may occur. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. Candidates must be able to report to work within 30 minutes if called. Vaccination for flu and COVID-19 is required, with the option for medical or religious declinations. Navy blue scrubs will be required for the position. Offers must be accepted or declined within 48 hours. Time off will not be added or altered after acceptance of an offer.
