Dental Practice Manager

Atlanta Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of our office and contribute to delivering quality dental care to our patients. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, enhancing patient satisfaction, managing clinic staff, and optimizing clinic operations. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, people management, and a solid understanding of healthcare practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic to ensure efficient performance. Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and dental practice laws. Develop and implement policies that improve patient care and satisfaction. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of patient care. Manage budget, billing, and accounting operations, ensuring financial health of the clinic. Collaborate with dental professionals and administrative staff to streamline processes.
