Job Title Instructional Technology Analyst Department Fisher College | Facilities Job Description Provides expert-level troubleshooting and in-person user support for Fisher College of Business (FCOB) learning environments including classroom, meeting, and event spaces. Assist users with operation of distance learning facilities; Provides expert level troubleshooting and support for all electronic/electro-mechanical systems related to control of the classroom environment; Investigates incidents and provides solutions and resolutions; Collaborates with other FCOBITS support specialists as needed for network and security needs. Manages after-hours classroom support operation including answering and tracking calls and shares the responsibility of managing and training student support staff who respond to urgent customer needs in the classroom. Assists with installation projects and preventative maintenance as required. Position will have fluctuating hours including Saturday support of online and in-person weekend graduate programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equiv. combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with installing and maintaining learning environment hardware and software - audio, video and associated control systems including Crestron. Experience with customer service and ticketing systems. Working knowledge of networking basics and client hardware and software. Desired Qualifications 3-4 years’ experience with installing and maintaining learning environment hardware and software - audio, video and associated control systems including Crestron. Advanced knowledge and appropriate training in relevant computer technologies (display audio control) systems design installation and repair. Solid understanding of common network protocols and basic configuration Additional Information The target hiring range for this job profile is $58,700 - $77,200. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limit to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc. Location: Mason Hall (0252) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
