Job Overview

• Position Type: Contract (Travel)
• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - IMC / PCU / Stepdown (CHF Telemetry)
• Target Start Date: 07-27-2026
• Shift: Nights (19:00 - 07:00 / 7P - 7A)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Self-scheduling via system. Every other weekend required.
• Holiday Requirements: 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays (dependent on contract dates).
  High-Risk Hiring & Testing Rules (Immediate DNU Risk)
• Auto-Offer Process: Offers are made automatically based on the Clinical pre-screen.
• Pre-Employment Dysrhythmia Exam: Required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of a position. Candidates get a maximum of 2 attempts (no exceptions) . If they fail, they will be placed on a 6-month Do Not Use (DNU) list for both the CSH AZ and CSH Sacramento regions.
• Day 1 SIM Lab (Pass/Fail): There is a pass/fail simulation lab on the very first day of orientation. If the traveler fails, they will be sent home immediately and placed on a 6-month DNU .
  Required Qualifications & Clinical Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience strictly required (No exceptions).
• Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) State or Compact RN license.
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS.
• EKG/Telemetry: RNs must be highly proficient in EKG monitoring and reading/interpreting their own strips. (Centralized telemetry monitoring is available).
• Drip Titration: Must be comfortable managing and titrating continuous IV drips (Cardiac drips, Heparin, Lasix, Bumex, etc.).
