Customer Service Representative

Looking for a Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn bonuses? We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Salem, NH . No experience is required. Paid training is provided, and this role offers long-term growth opportunities.
Pay: Up to $16.00/hr to start
Bilingual Spanish/English Pay: Up to $17.00/hr to start
Bonus Potential: Biweekly performance bonuses averaging $400-$600
Earnings Potential: Many team members earn the equivalent of $22-$27/hr with bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with account questions and payment arrangements
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Work with team members to achieve performance goals
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
- Ability to pass a background check
