Cardiology - Electrophysiology - Physician

Job Location

This Cardiac Electrophysiologist will be based at Community Hospital South & Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and will join Community Physician Network, a multispecialty group with over 1,300 providers in Central Indiana. Highlights

Ideal candidates will have experience with Pacemaker and ICD implantation including bi-ventricular devices and complex ablation including Atrial Fibrillation ablation. This physician will be joining a group of five EP cardiovascular specialists and will cover Community Hospitals South and East.

1. · Approximately 1:7 EP call schedule
2. · Advanced Practice Provider support
3. · Dedicated EP lab located at Community Hospital South
4. · Complex ablations performed at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital

Qualifications

1. · Professional, cohesive, and a team player
2. · Consistent and consecutive employment or training history

Licensure & Certification

1. · American Board of Cardiac Electrophysiology
2. · Indiana medical license will be required
