Paint Operator - Beam Line - 2nd Shift

Paint Operator - Beam Line - 2nd Shift Responsible for operating and overseeing the automated paint line and conventional oven for the painting of structural steel beams. Ensures proper coating application, equipment functionality, and quality control throughout the painting and baking process. Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus. Experience: 1+ years industrial painting experience required Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical specifications and blueprints Ability to read tape measures, and do basic math, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions Detail oriented, good problem-solving and team player Physical stamina; frequently required to stand; walk; reach above shoulders, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; work in confined or enclosed spaces; work at elevated heights What do we offer you?
