Experienced Caregiver – Parkinson's & Mobility Support | Boonville, MO Make a difference for someone who wants to remain safe, supported, and respected at home. We are building a dependable care team in Boonville, Missouri for an adult who needs experienced support with mobility, personal-care safety, daily routines, appointments, and activities around the home. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who understands that excellent care requires more than completing a task list. We're looking for someone who can build trust while also providing calm, confident guidance when safety and daily routines matter. What You'll Do In this assignment, you may: Support a client living with Parkinson's and changing cognitive needs. Provide mobility and fall-safety support. Support safe walker use and respond appropriately when mobility changes. Provide safety standby during showers and personal care. Help maintain consistent daily routines. Support meals, mobility, and other health-supporting activities according to the care plan. Assist with appointments and transportation needs as assigned. Help with appropriate household tasks. Observe and communicate meaningful changes. Document care clearly so the entire team stays informed. Who Will Thrive Here You may be an excellent fit if you're: Experienced working with older adults or adults with changing physical needs. Calm and confident around mobility challenges. Patient without being passive. Able to provide kind, respectful direction. Comfortable with personal care. Reliable and committed to your scheduled shifts. Observant and willing to communicate when something changes. Able to preserve a client's dignity even during difficult moments. Experience with Parkinson's, dementia/cognitive changes, fall-risk clients, or mobility assistance is especially important. Current Scheduling Need We are currently building coverage between: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM 7 days per week Multiple caregiverswill make up the overall care team. What Success Looks Like The right caregiver doesn't yell, lecture, or treat a client like a task to complete. They also don't stand back when safety requires action. They build trust, learn the client's routine, communicate clearly, and provide the right level of support at the right time.
