Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

  • Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to various client demographics.

  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing creative therapeutic techniques to foster engagement and progress.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, integrating feedback from other healthcare professionals when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

  • Actively participate in workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals from various backgrounds who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Our clinic specializes in providing support to underserved populations, ensuring equitable access to mental health care for all.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Must possess an active and valid license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington state.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and families.

  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other healthcare technologies.

  • Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
