About the Position
Build a rewarding emergency medicine career with a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, flexibility, and life outside of work. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Moses Lake, Washington, at a brand-new hospital.
Join 8 EM residency-trained, Board-Certified physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive environment where colleagues cover for one another and share a commitment to exceptional patient care. We welcome both physicians completing residency and experienced physicians seeking a career change.
Opportunity Highlights
- Level III trauma center with approximately 26,500 annual emergency department visits
- 9-bed emergency department, plus 2-bed triage and fast care
- Brand-new hospital offering a modern practice setting
- Broad specialty support and around-the-clock access to essential diagnostic services
- Collaborative physician and Advanced Practice Provider team
- Shifts: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 pm , 10:00 a.m.–10:00 pm and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 am
Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum base annual 1099 compensation of $396,000
- $50,000 commencement bonus for a full-time commitment of 120 hours or more

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABEM or AOBEM
- Current Washington medical license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, team-based care
