Stock / Loan Implementation Consultant / Analyst

3 days onsite a week
Preferred locations: Boston, MA or Jersey City, NJ. Will consider Coppell, TX & Tampa, FL for the right person.
2-3 openings
The hiring manager stressed good communication and personality to deal with end clients with the technical ability to troubleshoot with clients and bring information back to the Technical DTCC team.
Requirements
- These are client-facing positions that have the technical skills to handle some troubleshooting and speaking with technical staff
- Data Mapping & Business Process experience
- They are looking for experience in the areas of Stock / Loan
- For technical skills they are looking for Visio, SQL, and Blueworks
- Must love to help people and can interact and communicate effectively with end users. Communication and personality are key requirements for this role.
- Excellent writing skills for design and process documentation.
- Gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve a large variety of technical issues.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous technical activities.
