RN - ER Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years of Emergency Room experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Minimum Level III trauma experience Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, CPI Common diagnoses include trauma, sepsis, stroke, chest pain, abdominal pain Common drips include Diltiazem, Heparin, Insulin, Propofol, Cleviprex, Levophed, Amiodarone RNs will read telemetry strips Description:This position is for an Emergency Department Registered Nurse.The selected candidate will work 3 shifts of 12 hours during nights and weekends.There is a requirement for 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule.The nurse will be responsible for handling one holiday and one holiday weekend.Charting will be done through a specific electronic health record system.Scheduling requests will be reviewed by management after submission.Cancellation policy allows for 1 shift to be canceled every 4 weeks.This role involves providing care in a Level III trauma setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
