Responsibilities Patient assessment: conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management. Care planning: develop individualized care plans addressing patients’ specific needs and goals. Patient education: educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques. Clinical interventions: provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy. Collaboration: collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Documentation: maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Compliance: adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations. Requirements Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient‑centered approach to care.
