Has maintenance and accounting responsibilities in accordance with established company and governmental regulations. Assists in the operations, maintenance, safety and environmental matters in the temporary absence of the Terminal Manager. Rotating 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGauge storage tanks and take meter readings for all products dailyProvide top-tier customer service to commercial and operations customer representativesCalculate and input all product inventories and meter readings into appropriate systemsPerform daily and monthly reconciliation of product inventories and thru putsPerform facility maintenance on office building, assets, vegetation, as neededPerform the safe loading of petroleum products onto trucks and receive products from pipelinesTravel to various refined products and crude facilities with little notice to effectively assist terminals across the organizationTake product samples as required, and perform/log required Quality control testsPerform and log all scheduled maintenance and compliance inspectionsEnsure that all terminal equipment is functioning properly and report failures to supervisorPerform daily walk around inspections to identify potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintainedIssue work permits to contractors performing work at the Terminal.
