About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director, West Region to lead and scale a high-performing regional organization within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This executive leadership role will have full accountability for regional business performance, including P&L ownership, client retention, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives across the Western United States.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep MSP experience, strong enterprise client relationship management skills, and a track record of driving business outcomes through high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the West Region business operations, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and customer success objectives.
• Maintain full regional P&L responsibility , including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals and growth initiatives.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of leaders and individual contributors.
• Drive exceptional client retention by fostering trusted relationships with key enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as the senior executive point of contact for strategic client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth throughout the Western U.S.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent execution and results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
• Proven success managing regional or multi-site business operations.
• Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
• Strong background in client retention, customer success, and strategic account management.
• Experience leading large, multi-level teams with direct and indirect reports.
• Ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of service delivery, operational management, and client engagement best practices.
• Strong familiarity with business, technology, and market dynamics across the Western United States.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading growth initiatives within a technology services or IT consulting organization.
• Strong network of enterprise relationships within the Western U.S. market.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
