You’ll work with a team of dedicated professionals while maintaining beautiful living spaces and ensuring a high quality of life for our residents. Every day presents a new challenge, from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, and we need someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about keeping our communities in great shape. Your Impact Take ownership of the upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and amenities, including cleaning, trash removal, and regular inspections. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operating smoothly. Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption for residents. Assist with unit turnovers by ensuring clean, functional spaces that meet Fitch Irick standards. Handle emergency repairs efficiently and document incidents for insurance purposes. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and Fair Housing standards. Who We’re Looking For At least 1 year of general maintenance experience (experience in property management is a plus). Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks. EPA/CFC certification is preferred. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s License required.
