$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Job Summary:

At Goldwater Care Pontiac, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and support to our residents. Our LPNs are responsible for providing direct nursing care, supervising day-to-day nursing activities, and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon admission, transfer, and/or discharge
Receive and transcribe telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physician’s Order Form
Chart nurse notes in an informative and descriptive manner
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift

Essential Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure
Current CPR Certification
Experience in Long Term Care is preferred
Ability to work 12 hours a shift
