RN or LPN Needed - Full Time - $1,500 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 28-year-old male in Mentor, OH. As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and attention to our client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care, including tube feeding management, breathing treatments as needed, incontinence care (bowel and bladder), and medication administration as ordered

• Conduct ongoing assessments, monitoring, and skilled nursing care to ensure our client's health and well-being

• Manage respiratory treatments and monitor for any changes or complications

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the client's healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Every other Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Client Needs:

• History of Cornelia de Lange syndrome

• Nonverbal

• Tube feeding management

• Breathing treatments as needed

• Incontinence care (bowel and bladder)

• Medication administration as ordered

Requirements:

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license

• Experience with tube feedings and respiratory treatments preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

• Reliable transportation
