Direct Support Professional – Part time/ PRN as needed DSPLocation: Monroeville, PA & Penn Hills, PASchedule: Part- times, varies by days and hours as availableCaseload: Supports 1-2 individuals Tutelage Residential Services is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This position provides support in a relaxed, low-stress environment for one or two individuals and is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and intentional in building meaningful connections. Flexibility to choose hours as they are available, however, must work at least 2 shifts per month from posted hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and committed to supporting individuals in achieving their goals while promoting independence and community engagement. About the RoleTutelage Residential Services empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential setting to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
