RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all production lines are properly maintained, set-up and ready for daily productionTroubleshoot new or existing problems involving design, materials or processesDetermine root causes of failures and recommend changes in designs, tolerances or processing methodsWork collaboratively to identify and continuously improve production processes and procedures to optimize the cost, resources and productivityReview current preventative maintenance program and enhance to maximize reliability, availability, and continued operationPlan and coordinate working plans including daily workflow and assignments, preventive and predictive maintenance, shutdowns and large-scale projectsSupport of capital projects, including research and implementation of machine upgrades and improvementsManage multiple projects concurrently and independentlyDirect daily work plan for maintenance and set-up teamMaintain accurate and organized records of drawings, schematics and relevant maintenance recordsDevelop and implement training plans to ensure department employees work safely and efficientlyConsistently promotes a healthy work environment and strong safety cultureQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Engineering along with at least 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of CADStrong background with PLCs, drives, and controlsStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills with ERP/MRP applications and MS officePossesses drive, enthusiasm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Direct hire with benefits (paid medical coverage for the employee, life insurance, voluntary vision coverage, paid vacation and holiday time, profit sharing plan and an on-site fitness facility free to the employee)Onsite 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3pmSalary range: up to $90KNesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
