We're growing and looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who genuinely loves what they do.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position—we're looking for an Elite Dental Assistant: someone who is dependable, proactive, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care while supporting their team.
What You'll Do- Assist doctors with a wide variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Accurately document clinical notes
- Help create an exceptional experience for every patient
- Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Minimum of 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to stay organized and focused in a productive, fast-paced environment
- Open Dental experience is a plus

Elite Dental Wellness is a private, 5-star, multi-doctor practice providing comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign, oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontal therapy.
