We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Ability to produce and supervise some day-to-day activities within the agency office. Ability to receive coaching/instruction from Agent and implement to team Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
