Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Engage directly with clients to assess their needs, establish treatment goals, and facilitate pathways to mental wellness. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapy that emphasizes prevention, growth, and recovery tailored to individual client circumstances. \n
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and treatment providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with organizational standards. \n
- Effectively manage a diverse caseload while ensuring meticulous session notes and follow-up actions for each individual. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings and trainings to foster an enriching team culture and contribute insights to enhance our service delivery. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds and experiences. Clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. \n
- A valid mental health license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required. \n
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and building rapport with clients. \n
- An understanding of community mental health resources and their integration into therapeutic practices. \n
- An eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. \n
