Neuro ICU - Registered NurseSchedule: NightsRequirements:Valid RN license required at time of submissionRequired certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSMinimum of 1 year neuro/ICU experience required; 2 years preferredPrevious charge experience preferredExperience in a Trauma Level II facility preferredPatient-ratio experience of 2:1Roles & Responsibilities:Provide critical care to adult patients with neurological disorders, including acute stroke and traumatic brain injury.Monitor and manage EVD/ICP, ventilators, and airway support.Conduct NIHSS assessments and manage acute stroke cases.Administer care for arterial lines and central lines, including vasoactive drip titration.Deliver post-neurosurgery care and perform comprehensive neuro assessments.Compliance / Notes:Orientation: 48 hoursPre-approved time off: two requests allowedTravelers expected to float to like units within scopeClient Details:City: TulsaState: OKTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
