Our growing dental and surgical practice is looking for the next Rockstar to join our dynamic team! We are excited to welcome on a fun, engaging, polite, courteous and well rounded individual!

Responsibilities:

• Presents TX

• Talks finances

• Understands Insurance

• Schedules patients

• Understands Tx Options

• Collects $$

• TX Follow up for non accepted tx (2/2/2)

• Tracks treatment case acceptance

• Answers phones

• Discusses obstacles with patients and finds solutions to overcome them

• Keeps the Dr’s schedules full and productive

• Meets metrics and goals set consistently

• Patient care focused

• Communicates clearly and effectively

• Leads by example

• Has high follow through

• Caring, does what he/she can to help a patient in the best ways possible

• 2 years of dental experience recommended

• Sales background preferred
